HK Day One: Felix and Anne arrive
Since it was going to be kind of a whirlwind trip, I wanted to squeeze in as much stuff as possible.
We picked them up from the airport and immediately went out to Mong Kok to check out the night market.
Lots of trinkets and toys and basically just a whole lot of useless crap. I think they were unimpressed and a little shocked at how kind dirty and packed it was. Not a great first impression of the HK.
Immediately they noticed three of the big themes that will be prevalent throughout the journey:
1. Silly English/Engrish.
2. So. Much. Food.
(Below: Incredible garlic beef at Ajisen Ramen)
And 3. Horrendous Asian Hair
