Merry Xmas!

Been playing a lot of WoW lately. I'm almost level 60, which used to be the max. (Now the max is 80).

Today is Christmas eve.

It was lonely.

I sat down to a big boar feast all alone...



...but soon was joined by little trollpeople.



...Went into the town square and danced around with some merry townfolk...



Then went into the Stormwind Inn (where someone had hung some mistletoe) and made myself a sexy new friend.





Things got kind of awkward though and so I turned myself into an ugly little Christmas elf and shipped off to to Azeroth.

Most low-key birthday ever

Still stuck in bed. I'll be here all day. Bleh.

Although...I did start playing WoW again.



Getting Tyffany back on his feet has been a little tricky since I stupidly stripped him down and sold off all his gear and gave my gold away when I quit the game over a year ago.

I spent some time in the town square begging for money.



Thankfully I have powerful rich friends and Chris, Doug, and MichaelTan all sent me some gold to buy some new equipment.

YAY!!!!!

Sidenote: I was doing a quest with some other dude just now and he had to step away from his keyboard because his mom was yelling at him to do chores. I have officially turned 12-years-old today.

Oh WoW......

So I admit I haven't been blogging (or at least I feel like I haven't been blogging) very consistently lately.

It's all due to World of Warcraft.

Doug and Chris have been playing for several months now and talking about it incessantly. So sometime last week I was at Best Buy and on a whim decided to purchase the game for myself.

Best and worst decision EVER.

Best because, well, it is TOTALLY EPIC.

Worst because, well, I now live and breathe WoW.

Seriously. The game is the most in-depth thing I have ever seen. It has millions of players online. Has an expansive world which I've explored about 2% of in my 60-something hours of gameplay. The thing has its own economy and all these weird little details that are totally incredible.

My favorite part of the game?

Dancing and then stripping off all my armor and weaponry piece by piece until I'm pretty much naked and weirding out all the little 13-year-old boys online with me.





A typical interaction:

(standing up real close to a fellow player, hips gyrating)
EggFury: "Come dance naked with me!!!!"
Mornordius: "Ew."
Mornordius: "Wut is up with this guy?"
Cutchusobad: "Ur a fag"
EggFury: "I JUST LOOOOOOVE TO DANCE!!!!"
EggFury: "NAKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

You have to understand that prior to high school I was already the biggest video game nerd in the entire world. I would come home from school and head straight to my computer to play Diablo or Ultima VII.

The thing is...these were one player games.

I had no friends.

So now that I have "cool" friends that are also HUGE video game dorks, well, it's basically something that 12-year-old me fantasized about but never really thought was possible.
